Leanca Laşco-Raţă has always dreamed of doing television. She likes to say that Moldova 1 is rightly her first and only "love". Here she grew up, met beautiful people and felt the pulse of the events. At the beginning of his career she worked as a reporter and reported live about fires, emergencies, the operations of the military and the police. She was with people in happy moments and bad moments. Now, every week, she tells the stories of the Moldovans who, through their deeds, inspired others, in the show "Eroi printre oameni”. Also, in collaboration with DW journalists, she produces the "Focus Europa" show.
Cine vine la noi?
Doina Stimpovschi starts the weekened for almost 2 years at Moldova 1 TV. She says that it is a great feeling to leave the house before the sunrise. She likes live shows, emotions, she can handle unpredictable situations when, for example, the guest is late for the show.
In 2002, Elena comes for a professional training at Moldova 1 TV in the "Comunitate" Department, but falls in love with the art of television and hosts "Petalo Romano" show by 2004. After a eight-year break, she returns to the same position, but changes the concept of the show, social aspects of life of roma population. She says that television is the way to know, to convey messages and to educate society, and as journalist she believes that there should not be stereotypes about roma population and the discrimination against this ethnicity should be diminished by fair and multidimensional information.
Ion Botnaru together with Dorina Iurcu presents Mesager news program, as well as the news at 21:00. He is part of Moldova 1 TV team since 2010 and became editor-in-chief in 2014. Ion Botnaru is also the “voice” of the public broadcaster. He brings information to the viewers' homes about the shows and special editions. He is balanced, calm and perfectionist in everything he does. He adores the originality and appreciates the author's news.
Elena Bancila hosts Mesager, the main news program on Moldova 1 TV. She has been working for 9 years at TV. She was only 20 years old when she started her career as a documentarist at an evening show. She loves television and the work of reporter and presenter of the morning program. Television for her is the most difficult and an important school of life, which shaped her character and personality. After years of entertaining, Elena accepted the great challenge of presenting news for four years now.

La noi în sat
Aurelia Vartic comes to television from the "Ion Creanga" folk theater and passes through all stages of the technological process. From the assistant director of pop music, to producer of folk shows and live broadcasts, from festivals and contests to her own folk show. Today, she finds herself in the "La noi in sat" project, a show she loves and in whose village she has been living for about 16 years. All villagers know Aurelia Vartic and all fiddlers respect her because she knows all their problems and joys.
Tatiana Cojocaru loved Moldova 1 TV since she was a student at the faculty. After she gave birth to 2 babies, she returned to her first love - the television. Young people's problems, aspirations, successes, and deceptions - all of them are in the show "Be Young". She is busy both with lessons and extracurricular activities, but she has time for gym, travels, walks, and events dedicated to the young generation.
Valentina Cecoltan graduated the Institute of Arts, she received a diploma from the music school and attended some trainings in Moscow, where she learned about artistic shows. She has experienced everything at Moldova 1 TV- TV shows, publications, competitions, live broadcasts. Her motto is "Living through art and transforming the banality into extraordinary". Valentina Cecoltan found her own oasis of creation - "ART-Club" - a true creation workshop for the artists who speak Russian.
Irina Ropot was born in a village that was famous for its traditions and crafts. “I have been working for the News Department for 25 years and I made reports in social field, sports and health news and then I took up a show promoting traditions and crafts. I carried out reports in Moldova’s villages and I got to know real treasures”, says the journalist.

Ludmila Vasilachi is part of Moldova 1 TV since 2001, when she was presenting news in Russian. During this period she participated in a series of professional trainings organized by BBC, DW and experts from Romania. In day-to-day work, she appreciates most accuracy and teamwork. She has a special respect for the professionals. In her free time she likes to ski and study interior design. Ludmila is a benevolent, helpful and respects people for the truth.

Oxana Rusu is a realistic man who does not need confirmation. She does not believe in miracles and dreams, but in deeds. She says that television or presenter did not make her more responsible, punctual or accurate because she learnt all these when she was little.

Natalia Iasîbaş is presenting morning news in Russian. She has been working for Moldova 1 TV for 14 years. While she was a student and came to the TV, Natalia dreamed of being part of the Mesager team. She carried out social, political, economic news, has been a news editor, and now she is a presenter. First, she studied pedagogy as she was guided by her parents who are teachers. Then, she had graduated the Faculty of Journalism of the State University of Moldova. She had training at the Ostankino Institute of Television and Radio in Moscow. She has a hobby: designing children's clothing.

Angela Gavriliuc-Bălan started her activity at the Broadcaster „Teleradio-Moldova” in 1995, in the department of news. Then, she started to collaborate with other departments. She hosted „Telematinal” and the show for children „Să creşti mare”. She was editor presenter of „Povestea de seară”. In 2002 she launched her own project, the intelligence contest for pupils– „Minerva”. Meanwhile, she hosted the shows „Ai carte, ai parte”, „Enigmă şi Infinit”, „Constelaţia Graţiilor”. She has been activating in the News and Debates Department since 2007. She presented Mesager and other news reports. She is a creative, always looking for new challenges. That's why, she is now working on a new project.
Dumitru Alexei believes television is a miracle. He says that his experience at the public television is rather a covenant, a possibility offered by fate to live his life as an autobiographical novel. He thinks that television is first of all teamwork.
Mihai Sandu says that his father inspired him love for football. "I was almost 10 years old and I was already watching the World Championship matches. And now I remember the emotions lived with the Romanian national team at the 1994 World Cup, "says Mihai Sandu. He claims that any match means a strong emotion. "Any sport eventually requires emotions to be truly enjoyable," says Mihai Sandu.

Mircea Surdu had graduated the Faculty of Journalism of the Moldova State University in 1985. First, he worked for the radio and then in 1988 he was employed at the TV. Together with television he goes through the stages of democratization, national rebirth, the path from a state television to a public one. His motto, and of the talk-show “Buna dimineata” he hosts, is "For freedom you have to fight every day." He is the author of the documentaries „Marica”, „Apa noastră cea de toate zilele”, „Filmele Vladei”, „Povestea cocostârcului în lacrimi”, „9 zile si 9 nopţi care au zguduit Răciula”, „Moldovean ca mine nu-i”. He is currently the director of the TeleFilm - Chişinău Studio, re-opened with the support of the Council of Europe and of the European Union after several decades of inacitivty.
