Parliament hosts charity exhibition

A charity exhibition was inaugurated in the hall of the Legislative. It comprises 20 works by the photographer of the Parliament, Eduard Bîzgu. The money collected from the sale of photographs printed on canvas, in large format, which describe the landscapes of Moldova, will go to a residential institution in Moldova, reports Mesager.

The author of the works says that the charity exhibition presents our country with its beauty and diversity.

"It is the first exhibition for charity and I am very proud of it. We will make such exhibitions, we must talk to colleagues, maybe some of them will accept to organize an exhibition for charity”, says the author of the works Eduard Bîzgu.

The money collected from the sales will be donated to the Placement Center for the elderly and people with disabilities from Cocieri commune, Dubasari district.

"We decided on the eve of the holidays to give a gift to the elderly and disabled at the Placement Center in Cocieri, Dubăsari and through this sales exhibition, we want to make them happy. Anyone can buy these works. If one likes a picture he or she should call and then come to take it”, says Victor Pruteanu, main consultant of the Media Department, Parliament.

Colleagues appreciated Eduard Bîzgu’s works.

"These are works carried out over several years. Also, we can see protests and panoramas of Chisinau. There are works from all over Moldova”, said the photographer Constantin Grigorita.

The exhibition contains 20 images with landscapes, including panoramas, as well as topical social themes. It will be open to Parliament by December 23.
