Film "Wooden cannon" will open "Open-air cinema" at the National Museum of History of Moldova

The film "Wooden cannon" made at the Moldova-film studio will open the "Open-air cinema" at the National Museum of History of Moldova! Thus, cinema lovers will have the possibility every Saturday of August and September to watch films that have made history, Moldova 1 reports.

"Wooden cannon" was made in 1986 by director Vasile Brescanu after the screenplay by Nicolae Esinencu. This will be followed by two film productions from 1966: "Fountain" by Vlad Ioviţa and "Red Glades"  by Emil Loteanu.

Other exceptional cinema creations that will be screened are: "A  guard is needed" by Gheorghe Vodă and "Dănilă Prepeleac" by Tudor Tataru.

The event aims to offer viewers the chance to get to know the best classic productions shot in Moldova - to remember the late directors, the wonderful actors.

Access to the screenings that will start at 20:50 is free. Spectators must respect all the rigors imposed by the pandemic.
