The works of the painter Sergiu Galben can be seen at the National Museum of Art

The world of the village with everything it has most beautiful - picturesque landscapes, hardworking and full of humor - you can see it in the works of fine arts of the painter Sergiu Galben. At the National Museum of Art of Moldova, the personal exhibition of the artist can be seen, being launched the catalog with the most representative creations, Moldova 1 reports.

Rarely does anyone remember what a cornstarch looks like. He almost disappeared from our lives, but we can see him in one of Sergiu Galben's reference works exhibited at the National Museum of Art along with other creations.

"I worked on these works for almost my whole life. You have to work hard to get a job done. I have feelings, because I don't start working until I feel that it needs to be done. I see it first of all, when it still doesn't exist on the canvas," says Sergiu Galben.

50 works are displayed in the exhibition. It represents half a century of the painter's creative activity. Some are from Sergiu Galben's workshop, others - from the patrimony of the National Museum of Art.

"Sergiu Galben is a bright artist and also has a bright painting, an artist who comes from Mihail Grecu's school," said Tudor Zbârnea, director of the National Museum of Art.

Sergiu Galben's exhibitions are always awaited by admirers of beauty, by paintbrush brothers.

Sergiu Galben's works are in prestigious museums and art galleries abroad. The list of awards and distinctions he holds was completed at the opening of the National Art Museum of Moldova with the "Mihail Grecu" medal.
