Master Iurie Harmelin departed this life
The founder of the "On the Street of Roses" Theater, Iurie Harmelin, was went today on the last road. The master was buried at the Central Cemetery in the capital, Moldova 1 reports.
The operative meeting of the Chisinau City Hall services started today with a moment of silence in memory of the master.
Iurie Harmelin is the founder of the Dramatic Theater "On Trandafirilor Street", where he was also the director. For 40 years of activity, on the stage of the theater, over 200 performances were organized based on works from Russian and world literature.
Master of Arts and Knight of the Order of the Republic passed away on Saturday, August 8, due to an incurable disease.
