Exhibition entitled "Bessarabian Woman - an argument of eternity", displayed at the National Library
An exhibition titled "Bessarabian Woman - an argument of eternity" is displayed at the National Library. The writer and literary historian Iurie Colesnic, the author of the Encyclopedia "Women of the Republic of Moldova" and of the book "In this world are women", stated that the story of the woman in Bessarabia is a very interesting theme starting with the 60s of the 19th century. XIX, with the opening of the first school - Chisinau Girls' Lyceum No. 1 and the Eparchial School of Girls, for future priestesses, Radio Moldova reports.
In our culture, the first person interested in this subject was Gheorghe Bevziconi, who in 1934 wrote about the woman in a publication of the magazine "From our past". The exhibition will be open by the end of March.
