Italy extends ban on Moldovans

Italy has again extended the ban on entering the country for Moldovans. The new regulations come into force tomorrow, August 10, and will be valid until September 7, Moldova 1 reports.

According to the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Italy, it is forbidden to enter the peninsula, the persons who in the last 14 days have been or transited the following countries: Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile, Kuwait, Northern Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Oman, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic, Montenegro and Serbia.

Moreover, the movement of freight carriers will be allowed from the date of application of the new provisions, even if in the last 14 days they have visited the mentioned countries.

We remind  that Italy has extended the state of emergency until October 15.
