75 million euros for the project "Energy efficiency in Moldova" implementation
A group of donors will grant loans of 75 million euros for the implementation of the project "Energy efficiency in Moldova", reports Mesager.
The European Investment Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will each provide 30 million euros, and the European Union will provide a grant worth 15 million euros.
The beneficiaries of the project will be public social institutions, such as republican, municipal and district hospitals, kindergartens and schools.
The project will be implemented starting with the third quarter of this year and by the third quarter of 2024. In the first stage, there will be funded the energy efficiency projects for central public authorities, including hospitals, and the second stage - the energy efficiency projects for buildings for social purpose.
