800 km of road will be repaired soon

By the beginning of 2020, 630 million euro contracts were signed for the repair of about 800 km of roads in the main network. The data were provided by the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, Anatol Usatâi in a briefing.

"Credit agreements and grants are signed with several international financial institutions, with development partners. This funding, totaling more than 630 million euros, is planned for the repair of about 800 km of roads in the main network. The total number of the main network is 1,700 kilometers”, said Usatâi.

At the same time, the minister said that segments of road are being repaired now.

"There are sections of road, almost 480 kilometers, that are being repaired. Sources of funding are identified, agreements are or will be signed soon”, said Usatai.
