Economic agents subject to checks in December

The economic agents will be subject to checks in terms of fiscal controls, in December, by the State Tax Service (SFS). The following types of activity will be subjected to checks: the provision of passenger car transport services; provision of public food services; conducting e-commerce; rendering services of foreign exchange operations.

The actions aim to increase the level of information and compliance of taxpayers, to fight the phenomenon of non-use of cash and control equipment when carrying out cash settlements and other violations of the legislation in force.

Also, SFS will carry out fiscal controls based on petitions, notifications, complaints, information from the media, etc. to taxpayers whose activity carries risks of fiscal non-compliance.

Thus, taxpayers from all fields of activity are urged to comply with the requirements of the national legal-normative framework.
