AIPA has paid 184 million lei for agricultural producers

The Agency for Intervention and Payment for Agriculture (AIPA) informs that since the beginning of the year to date, the total amount authorized for payment is 184 million lei for a number of 1,976 applicants for subsidies, debts remaining without financing due to exhaustion of the National Fund of the agriculture and rural development of the previous year, reads a press release issued by AIPA.

This year, the state will also support, through subsidies, the construction of greenhouses, the establishment of multiannual plantations, the procurement of agricultural technology, the livestock sector, organic farming, the promotion of products on the outlets, the development of rural agro-tourism establishments and the creation or extension of craft units, stimulating the launch of new businesses in the agro-industrial sector initiated by young and female entrepreneurs.

Since February 1, the receipt of both classic and pre-grant applications has been started, and the receipt period for advance payments will last until 8 April and for classical subsidy until 31 October 2019.
