BNM calls on the cardholders not to reveal the information about the bank card
The National Bank of Moldova urges the citizens not to reveal the information about the bank card. BNM calls on cardholders in the context of attempts to manipulate them to disclose confidential information that will allow unauthorized access to payment cards.
BNM reiterates the need to ensure the confidentiality of the data concerning the bank card.
In order to avoid unauthorized use of cards, the National Bank warns that no person is entitled to request information regarding the bank card or single-use passwords received by SMS in order to confirm certain transactions.
