Electricity bills will be calculated on an estimated basis

The offices of Premier Energy remain closed until March 27 to avoid the risk of contamination with the new type COVID-19 virus. By the end of the month, the supplier will issue invoices for electricity consumption based on estimated data.

In the context of the recommendations of the authorities to avoid the risk of spreading coronavirus, until March 31, it will not be possible to read the actual data from the electric meters. This measure is a temporary one.

Electricity bills can be paid via the Internet, with the bank card, at the terminals and at the Victoriabank ATMs.

At the same time, the supplier asks consumers to make payments without delay in order to avoid the accumulation of debts, which in turn would lead to debts to the producers and suppliers of energy, which would jeopardize the continuous delivery.
