Government aims to reduce the business tax burden

After schemes of public money theft are eliminated, the Government intends to reduce the fiscal burden on the business environment. This was announced by the PM Maia Sandu in the meeting with the representatives of the National Confederation of Employers in Moldova, Moldova 1 TV reports.

The prime minister reiterated the intention of the authorities to have clear, transparent rules that would provide employers with safety in relation to the investments they are making and stressed that economic development is a priority for the current government.

Also, during the discussions, Maia Sandu said that the Government expects from the business environment fairness and respect for employees and consumers.

The representatives of the employers emphasized the need for predictability as a basic principle of the policies adopted and the consulting of the business environment, but also the establishment of clear and responsible institutional structures. In the long term, the importance of improving and increasing the relevance of technical vocational education was discussed.
