"Moldovagaz" and "Gazprom" will sign an annex to the gas supply contract
"Moldovagaz" is to sign with "Gazprom" an annex to the current gas supply contract by the end of this month. In this period, the cost of natural gas transportation in reverse regime on the territory of Ukraine, on the “Orlovka-Causeni” segment must be negotiated, Radio Moldova reports with reference to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure
In the event of a possible interruption of the Russian gas transit through the Ukrainian transport network, the gas supply of Moldova is being readied in reverse flow through the trans-Balkan corridor. The available gas transport capacities from Bulgaria and Romania will be contracted.
Also, the representatives of "Moldovagaz" informed about the working meeting that will be organized in Brussels, on December 12 and during which the stage of training of all the operators of the transport systems on the Transbalcanic corridor for ensuring the transportation of gas in reverse regime will be discussed.
