Eggs will be marked by a new method
The eggs to be marketed will be marked by a new method. The National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) has issued an order in this regard.
Thus, the eggs for consumption will contain the identification number of the production unit, the country code, the district code or of the center of the egg marking / packing, the date of the minimum durability, reports Radio Moldova.
Considering that the recommended sale date to the final consumer is twenty one day from production, during the month of June, marked eggs will be marketed in the trade network using the previous method.
