Procedure for purchasing agricultural production from the population, facilitated
The procedure for purchasing agricultural production from the population has been simplified. The Parliament backed the legalization of the activity in the field of procurement of agricultural production, reports Mesager.
However, the amounts shall not exceed the cost of 1.2 million lei during the year. For agricultural products purchased from the population, the economic agent will also withhold a tax of 5%, but the seller will not have to present financial and statistical reports, to keep the accounting and financial records. The procurement of the products will be based on a procurement act, which will be determined by the Ministry of Finance.
