The catering units resume their activity from June 15

The public catering units resume their activity starting with June 15th. The decision was made on the evening of May 25 by the members of the Extraordinary National Commission for Public Health. According to the instructions approved by the commission, until the reopening, the unit administrators will ensure the disinfection of the surfaces, spaces and equipment.

Public catering units shall operate in accordance with the COVID-19 Infection Prevention Instruction.

Thus, the staff providing public catering services will mandatory have protective equipment, and the state of health monitored. Each visitor, at the entrance to the place, will be subjected to thermometry.

Agglomeration will be excluded by ensuring compliance with the social distance of 1.5-2 meters between persons. A maximum of four people will be allowed to be served at the table, except for groups consisting of members of a first and second degree family on a straight and collateral line.

The sanitation and disinfection of the tables will be carried out after each client.
