The Constitutional Court validated the deputy mandate of Stefan Gaţcan
The legislature will have a new deputy. The Constitutional Court validated the parliamentary mandate of Ştefan Gaţcan, a member of the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova, elected in the uninominal electoral district no. 38, Hânceşti municipality, at the new parliamentary elections of March 15, 2020.
The candidate from the PSRM, Ştefan Gaţcan, won the new parliamentary elections in Hincesti. He accumulated 5,539 votes, about 38.5%.
Five candidates fought in the electoral race for the position of deputy, this after the candidate of the Political Party SOR, Vitalie Balinschi, was excluded from the electoral race.
