Courts will work on October 31 and November 1

The courts will work on October 31 and November 1 to examine electoral appeals in the context of the presidential election, Mesager reports.

The decision was taken today by the Superior Council of Magistracy, which accepted the request of the head of the Central Electoral Commission, Dorin Cimil, to declare these holidays as working for moldovan courts, in the context of the presidential elections, scheduled for November 1.

Thus, the magistrates will examine the electoral appeals received in the two days. Electoral appeals will be distributed to judges and panels specialized in administrative litigation, at random, through the integrated case management program.
