To initiate the procedure of early parliamentary elections, commitment of Maia Sandu

She intends to start the early parliamentary election procedure after the presidential election. It is the commitment of the candidate of the Action and Solidarity Party, Maia Sandu, in case she will be elected head of state. During the electoral debates on Moldova 1, her representative, MP Dan Perciun, stated that the main stake of the electoral contestant is the eradication of corruption schemes and the transformation of the Parliament into an institution with honest and upright people. At the same time, Dan Perciun says that Maia Sandu will refuse to enact laws that give the green light to schemes and group interests, reports Moldova 1.

"With this Parliament, serious reform in the field of justice cannot be made. There are not, unfortunately, 51 people in Parliament today who want thieves in this country to go to jail, who really want to clean up our judiciary. That is why it is so fundamental for us that immediately after the presidential elections we trigger the early elections," said Dan Perciun.

Maia Sandu is the sixth candidate in the ballot. The presidential election will take place on November 1.
