Death toll in Romania caused by COVID-19 reaches 176 persons
Other 8 people infected with the new coronavirus died in the last 24 hours in Romania, the number of the deceased reached 176, the Strategic Communication Group reported on Monday, agerpres.ro reports.
It is about six men and two women aged between 41 and 83. Five of the deceased were from Suceava county, two from Satu Mare, one from Bistriţa-Năsăud.
In Romania, 4,057 coronavirus infections have been confirmed so far. In Romania, there are 15,980 persons in quarantine. Another 108,810 people are at home and under medical supervision.
