Young man from Romania suspected of having coronavirus infection
A young man from Romania, recently returned from Germany, is suspected of coronavirus. He would have been in contact with four patients infected with the virus from China, which bears the name Covid-19, reports Moldova 1.
The young man from Romania is 25 years old and is a medical assistant. He cared for family members in Germany - a husband, wife and two children - all infected with coronavirus. On February 7, he visited his parents in Resita, after which he went skiing, but yesterday he showed up at the hospital with fever. The man was admitted to a specially arranged room until the lab tests were completed.
After more than a month since the first cases of disease appeared, the World Health Organization (WHO) has "christened" this virus without referring to a particular country or animal.
