Regulation on the media coverage of the parliamentary election campaign, approved
The Central Election Commission today approved the Regulation regarding the media coverage of the election campaign in the elections from October 20 . Secretary of CEC Maxim Lebedinschi said the regulation establishes a certain behavioral pattern for media service providers in electoral debates.
" This regulation establishes a certain type of behavior for the media service providers, that implement this regulation by granting the right to participate in the electoral debates ", said the secretary of the Central Election Commission Maxim Lebedinschi.
We remind that general local elections and new parliamentary elections will be held in 4 uninominal constituencies on October 20 in Moldova.
In the general local elections, the citizens with the right to vote will elect the future mayors and councilors for a four-year term.
