The activity of the ministers will be evaluated

The activity of each minister will be evaluated and, depending on the results, it will be decided whether or not his/her mandate will be extended. The statement was made today by Prime Minister Ion Chicu in the context in which the Government is going to present in Parliament the 100-day activity report. In this context, the President of the country, Igor Dodon, has said that the ministers who will not honor their obligations will be dismissed from office, reports Moldova 1.

Referring to the simple motion submitted by the deputies of PAS and PPDA against the Foreign Minister, Aureliu Ciocoi, the prime minister mentioned that the statements of the minister, regarding the Dniester war, were misinterpreted.

"The subject is on Parliament's agenda. It is yet to be decided in Parliament, because it was initiated there. Mr. Ciocoi's statement was interpreted as it was interpreted. He came with the respective explanations. He referred to the peacekeeping mission that was signed between the Republic of Moldova and Russia in 1992,” said Ion Chicu.
