Bashkan of Gagauzia takes oath as member of Government
Bashkan of Gagauzia Irina Vlah took oath as a member of government. The event took place today in the presence of President Igor Dodon and Prime Minister Maia Sandu.
President of Moldova Igor Dodon congratulated Irina Vlah on this occasion.
Irina Vlah secured a second term as başkan of the Gagauz autonomy, scoring an overwhelming 92% victory.
Four years ago, Irina Vlah won her first term also without the need for a runoff, after polling 51.01% in the first round.
