Bloc ACUM: We will continue discussions with PSRM

The Bloc ACUM wants to create a working group of MPs ACUM and PSRM to discuss the "desoligarization package" and the laws proposed by PSRM. The statements were made today by the ACUM leaders, after the Bloc’s Political Council.

The Bloc ACUM reiterated that it pleaded for non-admission of early elections and would continue to talk with the PSRM in order to "deoligarchize the state".

"The Council took note of the PSRM Council, including the option to go ahead, which would be detrimental to people and to the benefit of the oligarchic regime. We await a public PSRM commitment to non-admitting an alliance with the PDM. We are pleading for the release of state institutions and the failure to allow early elections," PPDM leader Andrei Năstase said.

The Bloc ACUM states that it wants to create a working group PSRM - ACUM "mandated to discuss the laws proposed by the ACUM and the PSRM, which refer to the desoligarization of the state and, implicitly, the improvement of people's lives."

PAS lawyer Sergiu Litvinenco said the "desoligarization package" will be complemented today by five more legislative projects involving the dismissal of the general prosecutor, the head of the SIS, and other laws aimed at "freeing captive institutions."

PSRM MP Vlad Batrinca reacted in a post on his Facebook page to the proposals made today by the Bloc ACUM.

"As long as the representatives of the ACUM bloc's leadership are not available to discuss the initial conditions from which we can start negotiations on the creation of the ruling coalition and the coalition government, we do not see the meaning of creating working groups and continuing the sterile discussions that have taken place in the past, wrote Vlad Batrincea on his Facebook page.

PSRM "recommends the bloc ACUM to be accountable to the country and to begin the process of creating the parliamentary majority."

TRM.MD recalls that on Saturday, April 13, the PSRM Political Commitment took place where the party decided that the post-electoral scenarios could be only two: a coalition with ACUM or early elections.
