Eugen Caras, appointed foreign policy presidential adviser

Igor Dodon signed the decree appointing Eugen Caras as foreign policy adviser to the President of the Republic of Moldova. This was announced on Facebook by the head of state.

“I thanked Mr. Ambassador for his willingness to work in the presidential institution. I highly appreciated Eugen Caras's experience in the diplomatic field and his potential, which motivated me to appoint him for this seat”, reads a message posted by the president.

Eugen Caras was previously Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Brussels.
