The Şor Party faction will submit a referral to the Constitutional Court

The Şor Party faction will submit a notification to the Constitutional Court, requesting the verification of the constitutionality of article 58 of the Law on state supervision of public health, based on which the Extraordinary National Commission of Public Health operates. This in the context of yesterday's situation, when resting in the amusement park from Orhei was forbidden. Deputy Denis Ulanov announced this during a briefing, Radio Moldova reports.

"It was not and is not a clear program in terms of the activity of the institutions, as well as overcoming the crisis caused by COVID-19. The authorities 'intention to close the Orhei amusement park was a violation of citizens' rights to rest. It is paradoxical that in Chisinau entertainment is allowed, the zoo, parks, markets, barbershops, gyms, and in Orhei are not allowed. In Orhei, no sanitary rules were violated. There can be no convincing arguments as to why the authorities behaved in this way. We consider it illegal to ban rest in OrheiLand," said Denis Ulanov.

In this context, the General Inspectorate of Police came with a comment, specifying that despite the restrictions imposed by the authorities and in addition to the fact that since May 25 it does not have a sanitary operating license, the OrheiLand amusement park in Orhei continued activity today, exposing the risk to public health, actions that contravene the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
