The Chicu government has taken responsibility for several bills

After three plenary sessions postponed due to lack of quorum, the Government led by Prime Minister Ion Chicu took responsibility today, July 9, for four draft laws that provide for changes to the state budget. The quorum of the sitting was provided by the deputies from the parliamentary factions of the Party of Socialists, the Democratic Party and the Action and Solidarity Party, who entered the sitting on the last hundred meters. According to Zinaida Greceanii, the opposition has 72 hours to file a motion of censure.

"Shame!" and "Out!" - this was chanted by the opposition deputies during the speech of the prime minister Ion Chicu. This is after the President of the Parliament, Zinaida Greceanii, refused to give them the right to make statements before the Prime Minister gives his speech. Finally, several deputies from the parliamentary faction of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) left the meeting room.

The four projects through which the Government assumes responsibility provide for a 30% increase in salaries for medical workers starting with September 1, providing a single support in the amount of 700 lei to pensioners, as well as aid for farmers who have suffered from the drought in this spring.
