DA platform demands the questioning of the Prosecutor General in the plenary of the Parliament
The DA platform requests the Parliament’s Standing Bureau to include on the agenda the questioning of the Prosecutor General in the plenary of the Parliament on the resounding cases that started a year ago, a good part of which were opened at the initiative of Andrei Nastase.
"Currently, we know practically nothing about the investigation into the airport concession, privatization and illegal concession in 2018-2019, the case of the Bahamas, Metalferos, the Turkish teachers, the usurpation of power, phone interceptions. Even in the case of the theft of billions from the banking system, we have not seen any progress lately ", says Alexandru Slusari, vice-president of the Parliament.
The DA platform points that the General Prosecutor is not required by law to appear in the Legislative at the invitation of MPs, but hopes that Stoianoglo understands that the files in question are of increased interest to society as a whole.
