International Festival "J.S. Bach "returns with a new edition

Radio Moldova Muzical (RMM) invites radio listeners on April 11 and 13 on Radio Moldova and on-line on TRM.MD to listen to the International Festival "Johann Sebastian Bach", the ninth edition.

This year, the Festival features four concerts with remarkable guests from Italy, Russia, Monaco and Germany designed to attract a growing audience to the magic and beauty of Bach's music and classical music in general.

The opening of the Festival will take place with a thematic concert - "Bach and the Italians", with the participation of the National Chamber Orchestra, led by master Cristian Florea (Romania-Germany), having as soloist the famous Italian oboist Luca Vignali, first-oboist Orchestra of the Opera Theater in Rome.

On Saturday, April 13, the Festival's agenda proposes a jazz evening - a tradition of the event. Vintskevich - Andrianov Trio from Russia, an ensemble of three remarkable personalities of the Russian scene - Boris Andrianov (cello), Leonid Vintskevich (piano) and Nick Vintskevich (saxophone), seated by the Moldovan percussionist Petru Moiseev, will present the program "Bach - jazz," composed of jazz improvisations on the themes of the famous Bach cello suites and other themes.

Tuesday, April 16, the festival will continue with an unusual organ recital. The festival ends on Friday, April 19 and culminates with a grand vocal-symphonic concert.
