Best entrepreneurs in Soroca, awarded

Best entrepreneurs in Soroca were awarded in the "Entrepreneur of the Year" competition. The event organized by the Economics Section of the Soroca District and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry brought together over 50 entrepreneurs. Currently, 567 enterprises operate in Soroca municipality, Moldova 1 TV reports.

The winners were appointed by a special committee.

"I am glad that new jobs have been created, the number of  the unemployed has decreased as compared to 2017, 2018 and that's very good, it means that people are interested  to get employed",  said Ghenadie Munteanu, president of the Soroca district.

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Soroca nominated the most active entrepreneur in the district.

"I was nominated as the most active agent of the Chamber of Commerce. We are producers of dried fruit and vegetables, we export them to the CIS countries and to the European Union countries and to the local market", said entrepreneur Stela Cetulean.

The "Entrepreneur of the Year" contest in Soroca is at its 12th edition.
