Two ambulance drivers from Molovata Nouă, detained in the Transnistrian region, released
Two ambulance drivers from Molovata Noua, who were illegally detained by the separatist forces in the Transnistrian region, were released. This was announced by the Reintegration Policies Bureau from Chisinau, reports Moldova 1.
The two were detained by the militia on the left bank of the Nistru on April 3 for violating the quarantine regime and were sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest, being held in the Dubasari isolator.
The Chisinau authorities demanded the unconditional release of the two Moldovan citizens from Molovata Nouă from the arrest and requested the intervention of the OSCE mission, which delegated a team to document the situation on the spot.
Also, Chisinau asked the alleged authorities from Tiraspol to remove unauthorized posts from the Security Zone.
