Person died in a house fire in Ialoveni district
A person died in a house fire that happened in the village of Horesti, Ialoveni district.
According to the General Inspectorate for Emergencies (IGSU), the 112 was registered at 20:35. Three teams of firefighters came on the scene.
The rescuers found that a house with a total area of 80 square meters caught fire. The rescuers found the carbonized body of the 67-year-old owner in the house.
The fire was extinguished by 23:46. The fire destroyed 50% of the roof and material goods inside a room.
The case, the circumstances and the material damage are to be determined. According to IGSU, 1575 fires happened in Moldova since the beginning of the year and 104 people died. In the past 24 hours rescuers and fire-fighters intervened in 28 risk situations.
