Billboards evacuated in the Botanica sector of Chisinau

Chisinau City Hall informs that the municipal services continue to dismantle and evacuate the billboards on the streets of Chisinau that have been installed without authorization or that have expired permissive documentation.

Thus, the municipal services intervened on bd. Dacia, Botanica sector of Chisinau and evacuated 21 billboards on the intersection of bd. Dacia - str. Hristo Botev - str. Trandafirilor - str. Nicolae Zelinschi. In all, 42 large billboards are placed on this section.

Also, the billboards at the intersection of bd. Dacia - bd. Traian - bd. Cuza – Voda will be dismantled.

"Works to evacuate the billboards are being carried out in all sectors of Chisinau. Because of these billboards, the architecture of the city, the beauty of the streets is actually hidden, and many of them are installed on green spaces and sidewalks ", said the general mayor, Ion Ceban.

We remind you that there are currently repeated public consultations on the new Regulation on the authorization of outdoor advertising in Chisinau. The document sets out new rules and basic requirements for the design, construction and placement of advertising media in accordance with the rules and legislation in force, as well as with relevant European standards in the field.
