September 25 - the deadline for paying taxes on real estate in Chisinau

For citizens who own real estate in the territory of the municipality, the deadline for paying the tax is September 25.

The fulfillment of the fiscal obligation is done with the Notice of payment of the real estate tax directly at the post offices, banking institutions, through the governmental service of electronic payments www.mpay.gov.md, by accessing the service “Payment of the real estate tax (with notice of the payment)".

The exemption from the real estate tax is granted to the pensioners, based on art. 283 of the Fiscal Code, according to the Annex (380 thousand lei from the estimated value for the purpose of taxing the real estate - domicile).

For the security and protection of personal data, the payment notices can be issued at the headquarters of the Directorate for the collection of local taxes and fees, located at: str. 31 August 1989, upon presentation of the identity document or legal power of attorney.
