Beekeepers launch a campaign to support doctors
Moldovan beekeepers launched a campaign to support doctors who are fighting the front line with COVID-19. To help them get through this period, several beekeepers collect honey, store it in a factory and distribute it to doctors in hospitals, reports Radio Moldova.
"We talked to the beekeepers and we thought it would be good to make a donation to people who are fighting the frontline with coronavirus. Beekeepers can go to the Association of Beekeepers on Armeneasca str., bring honey, then we take honey to the processing unit, where it is bottled in jars, "said the president of an association of beekeepers, Andrei Zăgăreanu.
According to the quoted source, today honey was already distributed to doctors from hospitals in Chisinau municipality.
