Families with newborns to get essentials for each newly born
Moldovan families will get starting today boxes of goods needed at birth for every newborn within the campaign launched by the government - A New Life, Radio Moldova reports.
Minister of Health, Labor and Social Protection Silvia Radu today handed the first boxes of essentials to the Municipal Hospital No.1.
In December, 2,842 boxes will be allocated to all maternities in the country so that all families with newborns can benefit from boxes with essentials.
The set of goods includes baby clothes, blanket, baby bedding set, diapers, hygiene products, wet napkins, teddy toy, mattress and informational materials for moms. All items are domestic, except the diaper package.
