Awareness campaign on granting awards for 2019

The Agency of Intervention and Payments for Agriculture (AIPA) launches between January 22- 25, the campaign on granting subsidies for 2019, Radio Moldova reports.

The campaign aims at informing farmers about the possibilities of accessing traditional subsidies as well as subsidies in advance in order to develop the agricultural and rural sector, thus providing a platform for constructive dialogue between the participants and the AIPA representatives.

In this context, the Agency representatives will start the awareness campaign in over 13 districts, will inform farmers about the procedures of receiving and managing grant applications for 2019, the errors registered during the administration of the applications in 2018, etc.

It will also focus on informing potential beneficiaries of grants, on compliance with eligibility criteria for obtaining this financial support from the state, as well as fulfilling all obligations resulting from the provisions of the Grant Regulations.

AIPA urges agricultural producers to participate in seminars to inform on obtaining traditional subsidies as well as subsidies in advance. We remind that the National Fund for development of Agriculture and Rural Environment earmarked 900 million lei for 2019.
