Shopping centers resume their activity

Starting with June 8, all shopping centers in Moldova will reopen, but entertainment and public catering activities will not be allowed. The decision was taken by the Extraordinary National Commission for Public Health. According to Prime Minister Ion Chicu, even if the shopping centers will be active, the restaurants and entertainment places on their area will remain closed, Mesager reports.

The prime minister also announced that, starting with June 1, it is allowed to resume outdoor training for athletes licensed by several federations in Moldova. The list of sports units where the training is allowed will be approved by an order issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research.

Another decision from the meeting of the commission concerns the resumption, starting with June 1, of the services provided by the Public Services Agency, ensuring the norms for preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Likewise, starting with June 5, religious meetings are allowed, but in compliance with the instructions of the commission.
