COVID-19 in Moldova: 214 new cases were confirmed
Another 214 new cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed today in the Republic of Moldova, as a result of 1,074 tests. According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection (MSMPS), all cases are transmitted locally. The balance of COVID-19 cases in our country reached 152,854.
Out of the total number of cases, 10 are medical workers: 3 doctors, 5 nurses, 2 auxiliary staff.
In total, 2,277 patients confirmed with COVID-19 infection are hospitalized in medical institutions, of whom 226 are in extremely serious condition (36 patients are connected to assisted breathing apparatus).
Another 481 people were healed. In total, 143,150 people were treated by COVID-19.
In home treatment with mild and moderate forms of COVID-19, there are 3,963 people, and 20,883 are under home supervision.
At the same time, MSMPS announces the registration of five other deaths caused by COVID-19, the number of deaths reaching 3,250
