COVID-19 in Moldova: Another 1,306 new cases of infection and 19 deaths
In the last 24 hours, 3,440 tests were processed in Moldova, 1,306 cases of infection with the new coronavirus were confirmed, four cases were imported. The balance of people infected with the new Coronavirus reached 96,689 cases.
Out of the total number of cases, 104 are healthcare workers: 34 doctors, 57 nurses, 13 auxiliary staff.
In all, 3361 patients confirmed with COVID-19 infection are hospitalized in healthcare institutions, out of which 240 in extremely serious health condition (46 patients are connected to assisted breathing).
Another 1,232 people were treated and discharged. In all, 78,112 people were treated of COVID-19.
In all, 4470 people with mild forms of COVID-19 get home treatment, and 27,509 are under home supervision.
Also, the Ministry of Health informs about another 19 deaths caused by COVID-19. Thus, the number of deaths reaches 2,130.
