CSM did not select any candidate for the post of judge at the Supreme Court of Justice

No candidate for the seat of magistrate at the Supreme Court of Justice (CSM) gained the necessary number of votes to be promoted for the post of judge at the Supreme Court of Justice. The score and the votes were counted at the today's meeting of the Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM), Radio Moldova reports.

Three magistrates from the Chisinau Court of Appeals enrolled in the contest. These are: Oxana Robu, Stelian Teleuca and Natalia Simciuc.

Two other magistrates come from the Chişinău Court: Sergiu Daguţa and Nina Arabadji. The contest was also attended by Eugeniu Pşeniţa from Edinet Court.

We remind that Justice Minister Olesea Stamate, present at the meeting, said that after the institution restructuring, the number of judges will be reduced and this contest is useless.
