Digitization of public services - a priority of several state institutions

The digitization of public services is a priority for several state institutions. The topic was discussed in an online webinar. Thus, the leaders of public institutions spoke about the opportunities and challenges in the transition from traditional public services to E-services. The event was also attended by representatives of the business environment, who presented the best practices on the use of electronic services, but also to foreign investors developing their activity in our country. The webinar was organized by the Investment Agency in partnership with the German International Cooperation Agency, reports Moldova 1.

"I have the goal to make everything possible online, all services to be remote and I to have zero contact with citizens, only through the electronic systems through which we are going to create them", says the deputy director of the Public Services Agency, Eugeniu Ursu.

"Thanks to the MConect platform, the new electronic sales monitoring system that is implemented by the State Tax Service will energize the market for the provision of services and the sale of goods without the presence of cash and control devices," said the deputy director of the Agency of Electronic Government, Gheorghe Ursoi.

"These initiatives to digitize all kinds of services that state institutions offer, we believe we are on the right track. In addition to the development of services, information systems, the application part is important," says the director of the Investment Agency, Rodica Verbeniuc.
