SMURD and AVIASAN crews transport 2 premature babies from Kiev to Chisinau

Two three-month-babies prematurely born in Kiev, were transported by employees of SMURD together with AVIASAN neonatologists in Chisinau.

Babies were taken from the Ukrainian hospital after their health improved, and doctors in the neighboring country agreed to discharge them.

The children were closely monitored by a mixed crew of SMURD and AVIASAN on the way to Chisinau.

Upon coming to Chisinau, children were admitted to the Mother and Child Institute, where they will benefit from further care.

According to the General Inspectorate for Emergencies, this is the first join operation of o transporting premature babies carried by SMURD and AVIASAN crews.

We remind that early this week, the SMURD crew from Moldova had an important mission to bring home the two people injured in the accident in the Viniţa region.
