Right to pension to be claimed by proxy

As of today, the right to a pension can also be requested by proxy. Thus, the application and the documents necessary for establishing the pension can be submitted by the representative of the person designated by proxy at the Territorial House of Social Insurance from the domicile of the applicant of pension, Moldova 1 reports.

The National Social Insurance House states in a press release that, in accordance with the amendments made to the Law on the public pension system, which were published today in the Official Gazette, by proxy you may claim the right to old-age pension, pension disability, survivor's pension, and review of the pension.

The documents of the person requesting the right to pension, original and copy, such as the identity card, the work card, the study diploma, the military booklet, other documents as the case may be will be attached to the request.
