The judges of the Constitutional Court meet in their first sitting
The judges of the Constitutional Court will meet today in their first sitting, to validate the mandates of some deputies, reports Radio Moldova Newsreel.
Thus, instead of the deputy of the Democratic Party, Otilia Drăguţanu, who has resigned, the Central Election Commission proposes to validate the mandate for Ruxanda Glavan, from the PDM list. The second new Member of Parliament will be from the ACUM Bloc - Serghei Cataranciuc, who will replace Liliana Nicolaescu Onofrei, who now holds the position of Minister of Education, Culture and Research.
The new composition of the Constitutional Court includes the judges Liuba Sova, Nicolae Rosca, Sergei Turcan, Eduard Ababei, Domnica Manole and Vladimir Turcan, who was elected president of the court.
