Lidia Chireoglu appointed interim director of NAC

Lidia Chireoglu's candidacy was voted today in Parliament for the interim director of the National Anticorruption Center (NAC) until a new director is appointed.

Lidia Chireoglo is 38, graduated from ULIM's law school. She has 13 years' professional experience in the field of jurisprudence, she is married and has two children.

TRM.MD recalls that on June 8, Parliament dismissed NAC director Bogdan Zumbreanu motivating the decision by saying that "he does not meet the requirements for appointment as director of NAC".
