Residents of Chisinau can request the connection to central heating
City residents can request the connection to the central heating, even if the 2020-2021 heating season has not started yet. Statements to this effect were made today by municipal officials in the weekly operative meeting.
Tudor Gîrbu, advisor to the mayor general said that as a rule, the connection of the residential buildings will be connected to heating when three consecutive days average daily temperatures of up to +10 ˚C are recorded. However, the inhabitants of Chisinau who face thermal discomfort in their homes and are connected to the centralized heating network can request the connection, through requests addressed to the housing fund manager.
Currently, 12 blocks of flats, an educational institution and two economic agents are connected to central heating.
